Amazing food. The pastries were so fresh and nice. Brunch was very good. They also serve several delightful hot teas.

I knew that it opened on the 4th floor of Toranomon Hills, but there was always a long line of young people!
I had a hard time coming, but when I looked before 11am on the weekend, there was no one in line, so I thought I was lucky and changed stores.
I entered the store immediately.

Brunch is also available on Saturdays and Sundays, and you can choose 4 breads.Main soup, salad, and half pasta for 1,800 yen (1,980 yen including tax).
You can also add two pieces of bread or have two main dishes for an additional fee.

I was surprised that the iced tea and black tea delivered every 20 minutes were tea-free.

Seating is limited to 90 minutes.

First, choose your main dish, then select the bread in the wagon.
On this day, we had croissants, white bread, white bread (with chocolate), curry bread, beef stew bread, chicken and sweet potato miso bread, focaccia, tomato and cheese bread, matcha muffins, coffee muffins, salt bread dough with red bean paste, etc. there was.
Once you have selected it, the staff will take it down for you once you rebake it.

I had 5 types of tea that day.
The royal milk tea had a hint of cinnamon and was delicious.
Milk is milk, not potion.

Jam, whipped butter, and olive oil were placed on the table for bread.

The main dish is really half size so it's small.
Even the women ate three pieces of bread.
Oh yeah, it looks like one can be changed to tiramisu.

The croissant was delicious even in Nakameguro...and the beef stew bread was delicious!
I think these meal-style breads are delicious.

The seats are close to each other, but there are sofa seats, and the staff is kind and friendly.

This is a store I would like to visit again.

I had given up on the Nakameguro store and had never been there before, so I went there at 12:00 on Saturday, January 27th, after learning that this store opened in January and was still a little-known spot. There was already a huge line lol
Since the time is 90 minutes, I had to wait patiently and was able to get a seat at 1:30 p.m. There was a huge line behind me.

One item from soup, salad, and pasta (you can add one item for +450), and the staff will bring you bread in a box, so you can choose four of them (it seems possible to change just one to tiramisu. (You can take any leftover bread home), strawberry jam, olive oil, and whipped butter were set at your seat (you can refill the whipped butter), drinks are free, and a different staff member is available every 20 minutes. They will come and pour you different types of tea.

The salad looked delicious, so I chose salad/soup and 4 pieces of bread. They will reheat it and bring it to you. The angel croissants were delicious and I could have had two of them lol
There were several different types of bread brought for the person sitting next to me when the seat was empty, so the bread I could choose depended on my luck at the time. I was aiming for a carrot cake, but unfortunately it was sold out and there was no line up for takeout!
Also, sometimes they give me milk tea (they serve it in a paper cup), and I like it because it has a hint of cinnamon.
The staff are so bright and full of energy! ! I think it's much better than not having enough information because you're busy. When the popularity has subsided and I can get in without lining up...I'd like to go again.
