Nice, authentic french bistro near Tokyo station. Quite reasonable, with huge selections of food and wine. Recommended for those "who love wines" so if you are not drinking you may not be very welcome. A bottle of fairly nice sparkling wine from France is offered at less than Yen6K (forty US dollars). Steak and fries was excellent. That goes for less than 20USD. Not a big restaurant so be sure to book your table.

This restaurant is very small and cute. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the food was delicious and the server was very kind and friendly. We weren't sure what to get so he suggested several dishes, and he suggested some wine based on our preferences. The wine was lovely, and the food was all delicious.
The table next to us was quite loud and very drunk, so it was a bit hard to hear each other sometimes.
All in all, a great experience. We will definitely return.

My wife and I have been coming here for years -- it is like a little hidden gem straight out of France -- except the food is better! The steak frites are done perfectly along with the french fries -- and we would encourage you to try all of their dishes as they are all prepared with care and skill. We were so happy to see that the restaurant has maintained its quality and reasonable prices after COVID. The staff is always attentive and they have an amazing variety of wines to choose from -- and everything is reasonably priced. We live close by and there are many locals that come here -- so it is best to make reservations! Maybe we will see you there sometime soon! Our best tip is to ask the server for a wine recommendation with each course - they are really good at pairing wines with the food and it is a fun way to have a great meal!
