I’ve visited this place many times in Oahu, but this was my first visit in Tokyo. We visited for lunch around 2:00 pm and there were only a few people waiting in the que.
Menu is the same for lunch and dinner too.
We got the 2 most popular sets. #1 “Special Set Menu with 2 large shrimp and 2 pieces filet and #2 “Kurabota Pork Cutlet set meal” plus 2 pieces of fried oyster.
Everything was delicious and fried perfectly. Prices are very reasonable too for the high quality food.

Premium Tonkatsu place in Ginza, not to difficult to find the place. Tonkatsu and Katsudon here are much better than the ones sold in chain restaurants. Definitely worth the wait. There's usually a line in/outside of the shop. I waited for 15-20 for available seating. Credit cards are also accepted here.

I had my tastiest tonkatsu lunch at Ginza Bairin Main shop. It is a small shop with friendly staffs. I had to wait for 30 minutes ( weekday lunch time) but the food was delicious and definitely worth waiting for this. I tried the combination one - meat ball, pork cutlet and prawn Tonkatsu with rice and miso soup set. The tonkatsu was crispy outside and tender inside. Very satisfying experience and highly recommend for anybody who love Tonkatsu.
PS: I found out about this shop from Uniqlo Ginza as they have Ginza special T-shirt about this shop. 😊👍
