I was excited to see what would be served at the counter seat in the small shop. The first thing that came out was boiled clams from Futtsu. A large plump clam. Delicious~☺️I'm really looking forward to the sushi that comes after this. It starts with a handful of sumika, ends with a conger eel, and ends with an egg. It's definitely delicious. My stomach is full 😁 For dessert, I wanted to try the rare strawberries 🍓 I want to eat a pack of them!! ️🤭We had a great time. Thank you for the meal.

While relaxing, it has a serious sharpness that is different from a wooden sword.
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious, fun sushi, be stimulated by the depth of sushi, and be inspired by the depth of philosophy.
Accumulating experience, continuous improvement, and improvement.
Here are the results.
