An Italian restaurant located about 6 minutes walk from the west exit of Meguro Station. I've often passed by this restaurant and was intrigued by how delicious it looks and how the counter is always full, so this visit was a long-awaited visit.
I made an inquiry about two weeks in advance, made a reservation, and went on Friday around 7:30pm.
Actually, on the day of the event, the number of people suddenly changed (I'm really sorry it was a busy Friday), but they were able to accommodate the situation. thank you.
When I opened the menu, I saw an array of dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as blowfish, Japanese mackerel, cod, and milt, all of which looked delicious and drew me in.
Drink prices range from ¥1,210 for a glass of wine, ¥1,300 for sparkling drinks, and ¥990 for Italian beers and highballs.
We drank orange, red, and white wine, and for the orange we selected our favorite from the two types that were available in glasses that day, and the red and white wines were recommended to go with the food and were brought to us.
The most delicious thing I ate was the "Blowfish Cutlet with Porcini Sauce" (¥3,300)!
The blowfish cutlet is coated in very fine breadcrumbs and is moist and perfectly cooked. Combined with the rich and aromatic porcini mushrooms and sauce, it was so delicious that before I knew it, it was gone.
I also thought that the ``milt cacio e pepe'' (¥2,800) was a combination that I had never tried before, but the creaminess of the milt was added to the cacio e pepe to create an extremely rich cream pasta. It had become. Although I was quite full, the combination was perfect, so I finished it in one go.
Anyway, we each drank 4-5 drinks and ordered 7 food items, including main dishes and pasta, so I thought it was quite a meal, but the bill came out to be around 12,000 yen per person.
Considering the ingredients used, the location in Meguro, the stylish atmosphere of the restaurant, and the service provided by the staff, the price seemed reasonable, even reasonable.
This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again when the seasons change. Thank you for the meal!
