Is delicious!
The location is quite a walk from the station, so it feels like a hideaway.
I'll leave it to you to serve it appropriately.
I'm impressed by the careful work that goes into making sushi that will make you wow no matter what you eat.
The general originally worked at Tsukiji...
Alcohol is beer, shochu, and sake, but no whiskey, so you can't order highballs or anything like that.

For 15,000 yen per person, we ordered omakase nigiri, additional conger eel, ayu, abalone, tekkamaki, and one more conger conger.
(Order oolong tea without alcohol)
It feels very reasonable.
I was surprised that you can eat hamo raw.
It's hard to believe that this fish was prized for its vitality in an era before refrigeration technology.
The toppings were elegant, meaty, and sweet.
As for the sea urchin, special Bafun sea urchin from Rebun Island has just arrived today.
This is also exquisite!
The way the sardine is served is unique, with the knife being carefully inserted to grasp the layered toppings.
The general is also friendly and can tell you a lot of interesting stories.
It's such a good store that I regret not knowing about it until now.
I wanted to go there sooner.
