The level difference in sushi at this establishment is hard to explain. The fish is of the highest quality we have ever tasted and the execution of each dish is sublime. Comfortably the best sushi meal we have had, the chef and team are lovely and made a real effort to converse in English with us albeit limited. It is a quick meal but the time is beautifully filled by the dishes. Would recommend Hanabusa in a heartbeat.
