The level difference in sushi at this establishment is hard to explain. The fish is of the highest quality we have ever tasted and the execution of each dish is sublime. Comfortably the best sushi meal we have had, the chef and team are lovely and made a real effort to converse in English with us albeit limited. It is a quick meal but the time is beautifully filled by the dishes. Would recommend Hanabusa in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience. I’m seeing a few reviews critiquing the speed and ambiance of the restaurant and it’s worth noting that it is fast, just about an hour. However, it didn’t at all feel rushed and the chef and his staff made us feel welcome and the ambiance was great. They created a fun environment and engaged with us about our trip and chatted during our whole meal.
Of course the sushi is also ridiculously good. I’d gladly come back and would highly recommend it!
