The wontons inherited from “Yakumo” are a must! This is very delicious ramen!

8 minutes walk from Kameido Station,
Visited "DURAMENTEI".
Ramen TRY2023-2024 New store category 5th place in soy sauce
The store manager who trained in Yakumo opened the store in April of this year.
It's a shop.

There was no one waiting when I arrived around 6pm on a weekday.
I was able to enter the store easily.

I ordered meat and shrimp wonton noodles (white) for 1,150 yen.
It was served in less than 10 minutes.

The soup is delicious with the flavor of seafood such as bonito flakes.
Pork and chicken are the base ingredients, giving it a deep richness and flavor.
It's hot so it's great when it's cold.

Lightly wavy noodles made with whole grain flour
The soup is well-coated and delicious due to the firm boiling.

The wonton was inherited from Yakumo, where he trained, and his body is tight.
It's packed and very delicious.

It was delicious until the very end.

I passed by the store and the atmosphere was nice so I went in.
without any prior knowledge.
There is a menu at the store, and you can add flavored eggs to the wonton noodles.

The store is also very clean and has a counter kappo style.

It's also nice to be able to relax until the food is served.
The slightly sweet soup has a refreshing flavor without being too cloying.
The wonton meat is too big and makes me happy!

If it comes true, I'd like to have a light drink with just the wontons, chashu pork, and flavored eggs, and then slurp up the ramen, which is fine with light noodles!
I might want Kabosu.
I can't stop smiling!
Be happy every time you eat! !

This year, it was the most delicious cup ✨
