I just had an excellent omakase meal here. This is a very intimate restaurant. The chef took a great deal of care in preparing every dish and described each dish in Japanese and English. The service was excellent and the sushi was among the best I’ve ever had.

There is no sign out front, but google does a pretty good job of getting you to the right place. It’s the place with a lot of light colored wood and an entrance on the street (see photo).

Favorite sushi in Tokyo. Great balance of rice taste with a hint of black vinegar. Creative and good variety of different kinds. Generous portion and all pieces come with full flavour and enjoyable texture. Only downside is no price infomation for the omakase nor drinks menu. A bit difficult to guess until you pay with a bit of surprise. Dinner with a few drinks would easily come around 40,000 yen per person.

The owner told me that they have different ingredients for each season, so I expected completely different flavors in four seasons. I was very satisfied with the restaurant's location in Ginza and the price matched.
I visited the restaurant in mid-September.

Worth it! Only 8 seats available and only 1 seating every night, thus reservations is a must.

Our dinner lasted nearly 2 hours, but the pace was great, and you don't feel it.

The chef shows off many techniques which I have not tried before. Although the chef and his helper is not fluent in English, they are very friendly and tries their best to answer our questions (they even took out a pocket translator and another time search for the picture of the fish we were having).
