Recommended by a friend - Diamond Fish is a small restaurant which only has individual rooms for rooms. It is situated on the 5th floor of a building which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. Reservation is recommended. The service is good! The menu is course-only menu. The food quality is good - fresh and tasty! The seafood and meat are just delicious! The wine menu is somewhat limited but it has a variety of wine from various part of the world. Definitely recommended! Go give it a try! 👍👍

The store is located about a minute walk from Shinbashi Station, making it easy to access.The store is located on the 5th floor of a building, so take the elevator to the store!

It's close to the station and the surrounding area is crowded with bars, but since it's a completely private room, the inside of the restaurant has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner away from the hustle and bustle!

The private room has a nice lamp that gives off a gentle light, making it the perfect space for dates, girls' night out, etc.

The first set of 8 appetizers we were served was so artistic that you couldn't help but want to take a photo!

Each dish, such as smoked salmon, octopus carpaccio, and smoked quail, was carefully prepared and delicious!

The next dish was a big shrimp, seared scallops, and red sea bream sautéed in butter to bring out the aroma and it was simply delicious!

You can enjoy the juicy texture of the large shrimp, and the thick seared scallops and red sea bream go perfectly with the rich butter sauce!

Squeezing the lemon on the side gives the dish a refreshing taste that you will never get tired of!

The meat dish was a combination of Hitachi beef and Matsusaka pork!
It also comes with prosciutto, several types of cheese, raisins, and peanuts, making it a truly luxurious dish!

Both Hitachi beef and Matsuzaka pork are elastic and chewable.
The flavor is overflowing and makes you happy!

First of all, 8 kinds of appetizers. Although the restaurant is unpretentious, the vegetables and egg dishes are warm and each dish is hand-picked, showing the care taken.
Next, shrimp, shimeji mushrooms, scallops, white fish, and broccoli go well with the delicious butter sauce, and the lemon is refreshing and very satisfying!
After seafood comes meat.
The pork and beef are very tender and have a strong umami flavor, and the cheese is rich in variety and quantity is exquisite, and there are many ideas here and there to keep you from getting bored.
The beef stew is simmered with other bread and has a rich flavor that satisfies both your stomach and heart.
Dessert is chewy panna cotta. I was surprised that the raspberries on top were raw.
We were able to choose the wine according to our food preferences, which resulted in the most delicious pairing.

This is a French-Italian restaurant with a completely private room and a nice atmosphere, offering a wide variety of wines.
It is located on the 5th floor of a tenant building, 1 minute from Shinbashi's SL Plaza and close to the station.
When you enter the restaurant, there are private rooms of various sizes that can accommodate 2 to 6 people. The door closes completely, so you can enjoy your meal in a private space.

This time, the restaurant's recommended Petit Luxury Course menu is as follows:

The 8 appetizers were carefully arranged and looked so pretty that I had a hard time deciding what to start with, but they were all delicious, so it was a good idea to start with whatever I wanted lol.
The vegetable sauce was delicious.

The three types of seafood sauté were sea bass, large shrimp, and scallops, all sautéed in butter with mushrooms, giving it a very nice aroma and a slightly strong flavor, so I enjoyed it with white wine and highballs. I think it's the best dish to have together.
The ingredients were large and voluminous. Since lemon is a garnish, I think it would be a good idea to squeeze it for a refreshing flavor.

The meat is an assortment of Hitachi beef thighs and Matsusaka pork! The meat was cooked just right, tender and very delicious.
Also, since the hors d'oeuvre comes with an assortment of cheese and raisins, I think it would be perfect to have with red wine. Boiled peanuts were a nice palate cleanser, which I personally liked.

The stew seems to be well simmered. The demi-glace has a strong flavor, and it's delicious to dip the stew with freshly baked bread.
Finally, we had panna cotta and coffee for dessert.

At first I thought it wouldn't be enough, but all the dishes were delicious and filled me up.
We have a wide variety of wines, so if you're a wine lover, this is a store you'll definitely love.
The manager is also a bright and nice character.

There are nights when you want to sneak in Shinbashi.
I came to see that all the rooms are private rooms.

I think there is a lot of demand for private rooms, but there are various problems, such as the lack of options and the limited number of seats, making them expensive.

For people who want to use a private room for work, entertainment, or dates, this might be a hidden gem.
The atmosphere of the private room itself is dark and the distance between the two is much shorter.

The cuisine is based on good Western food, and includes meat, cheese, and seafood, and goes well with wine.
I don't know much about wine, but I wanted a delicious pairing, so I asked the staff for recommendations. (I'm really grateful that you do this)

Especially if you are in charge of making reservations at your company, it would be a good idea to have these options as an option.
