At lunchtime, I was wandering around the shrine and found it, so I went in.
There are 9 and 11 pieces of nigiri for lunch. I ordered some sashimi and received Shirako ponzu sauce.
The sashimi was fatty and delicious. Squid has a crunchy texture and is the best. Shirako has a smooth texture and is the best.
I ordered 11 pieces of nigiri. Basically, it is coated with soy sauce. Everything is meticulously done.
When I finished eating and asked for the bill, it was cheaper than I expected and I was very satisfied.
The store has a great atmosphere, and the craftsmen are attentive to every detail. The people at the hall serve customers in a pleasant manner.
I found a good shop. I would like to use it for entertainment, friends, and family in the future.

Visited before 8pm on weekdays.
After work, I finished some other business in Shinbashi and wanted to eat sushi, so I looked for it near the station and found this restaurant.

It has the feel of an old-fashioned town sushi restaurant, and the interior exudes elegance, taste, and comfort. The exterior also has a Showa era feel, giving you a sense of the history of Shinbashi, where there is a rapid turnover of restaurants.

The overall age group was older, including people who were accompanying me and people who seemed to be regulars.

Other than that, the general was a very friendly and nice person. This is a GOOD point!

It is thoroughly seasoned with vinegar. It is no exaggeration to say that the small skin, which is a symbol of Edomae sushi, was delicious.
It's full of sweetness, juicy and meaty. Eating it makes you happy!

>Sumiika
Served with wasabi soy sauce.
It's sticky yet crunchy, making it another delicious nigiri.

>Kuruma prawns
Served with miso shrimp.
It's a good size, but it's also filling.
Perhaps due to the miso shrimp effect, the flavor becomes even deeper and richer. What a luxurious nigiri it is to pair this with vinegared rice.

Gari also has a very nice salty taste as a rest for your chopsticks.
I also had the Bettarazuke, but this one was refreshing with the yuzu. It was pickled in rice malt, so it had a sweet taste.

The same store has been in business for 60 years.
I hope it continues for a long time.
