The negi soba dish was delicious. The broth was delicate and the green onion was sliced so thinly that you can get a few pieces with every bite of noodles. The noodles are not your typical Japanese soba - they are the Cantonese type and they were tender but still firm and chewy. This generous serving was only ¥750, well worth it.
