It’s a hidden place where you can have a good quality sea food.
If you a first comer, I would advice you to order the Kaisendon. The portion is pretty much to be full. The price is fairly reasonable.

For lunch, we had a sashimi set meal and a grilled fish set meal. I arrived as soon as it opened and it was full within 30 minutes. Some people were waiting on the stairs.
There were many types of sashimi and it was delicious.
Grilled fish is salted mackerel. It was covered in oil and had just the right amount of salt.
Three small bowls are normal.
The miso soup with fried tofu, tofu, and green onion has just the right amount of salt to bring out the flavor of the fried tofu and goes well with the refreshing main dish.
The rice is a little hard and there is a lot of it. I wonder if it goes well with the seafood bowl.
The female clerk was also very friendly.
However, there was a cloth pasted on the door of the store, so it was hard to tell if it was open or not.

My first visit was around 2pm on a weekday. When I entered the store, there was only one group of customers in front of me. Since it was a late lunch hour, only one female customer entered the restaurant later. I was immediately shown to a seat and ordered a seafood bowl (free of charge, up to a large serving of rice) from the table's lunch menu (1,200 yen). There is also a tatami room inside the store. It feels small and calm. In particular, there is no background music playing, and perhaps because it is underground, you can eat quietly. The store staff are polite and kind.

A cold glass and a disposable wet towel are served, along with three side dishes. Then, the bowl was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering.

For lunch, it feels luxurious around here. It also came with ara soup, which was fresh and delicious.

Kaisendon 1200 Free large serving of rice. Even though it's only 1200 yen, there's a bit of sea urchin on top. There's a lot of toppings, so I'm happy. But the toppings aren't fresh enough. Overall, I'm satisfied.
