Amazing hidden gem!! I had lunch there today with delicious omakase sushi lunch menu! Atmosphere is very chic bur also cozy and the chef was very welcoming, knowledgable and professional! Each piece was made with a whole artistic process. Overall i would highly recommend this place! Thank you!!

I stopped by while walking around Nezu Shrine and the former Iwasaki residence garden. Although I was new to Nezu and had no familiarity with the area, I was able to get there from Nezu Station without hesitation (^^)

I saw this sushi restaurant when I was taking a walk and had been curious about it for a while.
I made a reservation 10 days in advance and visited with my companion for lunch.

Lunch was served by one of the students, not the chef.
Therefore, although there were 12 seats, it seems that reservations were kept for 6 people.

The order was Japanese flounder, bluefin squid, sweet shrimp, white fish, white fish, grilled goldfish, bonito, mackerel, and conger eel. Shari made with red vinegar is small. This type of sushi is slightly vinegary and goes well with fatty toppings such as fatty tuna.
The nigiri that left an impression on me were bonito, seared red sea bream, and conger eel. The bonito in particular was exquisite. I don't like to order bonito nigiri, but the bonito that was aged for 4 days melted in my mouth like fatty tuna. For the first time, I felt that bonito nigiri was delicious. Similarly, the fatty red sea bream went well with the vinegared sushi.

After the omakase, we added bonito and medium fatty tuna for 8,200 yen for two people. I was satisfied.
