The food and staff were great! We ordered steak & seafood that was cooked perfectly by the teppanyaki chef. During preparation, the chef was entertaining and funny. The highlight of the night was the onion volcano. Our kids were both amazed and shocked from the flames. Overall it was a good experience and enjoyable dinner.

A teppanyaki restaurant located inside the New Sanno Hotel, America in Japan. The biggest attraction is the rarity of the place, which is hard to get into, but it's a high-class restaurant with very polite customer service and delicious food. You can enjoy your meal by choosing your meat and having it grilled right in front of you. I ordered several types of meat and seafood such as scallops, and they were perfectly grilled. Most of the customers are American, so you can feel like you're visiting a foreign country for slightly better food.
Basically, it's a US Navy facility, so you can't enter without an escort or invitation from someone involved.
Since it was a feast, I don't know the exact price, but I imagine it's around 10,000 to 20,000 yen per person, including alcohol.
