After all, there aren't many delicious restaurants written about in Tabelog...I feel it again.
The store has a stylish atmosphere, but it also feels like a nice country store with a homely feel. My favorite atmosphere. The staff at the shop have a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
There are counter seats and table seats, and there are quite a few seats. But everything was fully booked.
A popular restaurant featured in King's Brunch etc.

Two types of pickled chicken fillet (pickled on the day and pickled overnight)
Boiled ginger
Grilled Hyuga chicken thighs, half chicken
Special fried chicken (secret menu)
yam steak
fish cake
Oyakodon
There are two types of pickled chicken fillet: one on the same day and one on the second day. This is also a fun way to enjoy different flavors. Both are delicious though ð I'm happy to be able to enjoy food like this
This special fried chicken was even featured in the King's Brunch. It looks like it was marinated in the sauce after preparing the gizzard... I don't know if it's difficult, but it's delicious. lol
Just the right amount of saltiness and softness. The juicy filling is irresistible.
Personally, the ginger-simmered liver is also a must! This is too delicious. It's hard to describe, but it's my type ð¥¹It was a dish that showed my culinary sense.
The oyakodon (oyakodon) at the end is the best. The owner happily grilled chicken and soft eggs over charcoal. I'm sure it's deliciousð
To be honest, there is no other chicken shop in Shinjuku where you can feel so particular about the food you eat. lol
Without joking, my personal opinion is that it's probably the best chicken shop I've come across in Tokyo ð Not only does it have great taste, but you can also feel the commitment to the food. I fell in love with the customer service and atmosphere!
I was very satisfied
Thank you for the meal
