We’re lucky to get the last spot in the restaurant. The お好み焼きwere served by the owner. We were really impressed by his skill when he put the mayonnaise on top! He also helped with もんじゃ焼き when he knew that we don’t know how to make it. Thank you :)

I wanted to eat okonomiyaki, so I went to Hamadayama to eat teppanyaki in the cold drizzling rain.
First, oyster leek butter.
The oysters and large green onions go well together, and the beer instantly kills you.
Next was the salt-grilled offal kimchi roll.
The grilled offal is spread on a griddle and served with kimchi. This goes well with highballs.
Next is pork modern grill.
The modern yaki at this restaurant is like yakisoba wrapped in an egg that has been spread with dashi stock.
It's like Hiroshima-yaki without cabbage, but it's quite delicious.
The final dish is the classic pork ball.
I was satisfied with the flour for the first time in a while.
The staff at the store grills it well.
If the seats are full, delivery may be delayed.

I thought it was Kansai-style okonomiyaki! A baking method called ``wrapping the ingredients.''
Thick noodles are used for yakisoba noodles, and thin noodles are used for modern yaki noodles. The okonomiyaki sauce is the restaurant's original.
The staff grills it for you on a griddle, then you cook it yourself, Kansai style. There was no real thrill to it.
Monjayaki is a system where you bake it yourself. It's probably best to make a reservation before you go because you're guaranteed to get a seat.
