I went to the opening hours, but the reservation was full, so we waited for an hour to enter. It's amazing how hamburger steak can hold so juicy! The salad was the most delicious I've ever had at a western restaurant. Crab meat croquettes did not contain any intestines, so they were less umami but light taste.

For lunch, I chose the crab cream croquette with the hamburger plus one set.
The salad had coleslaw under the octopus, and I was able to enjoy the texture, sourness, and freshness in one salad.
The outside of the hamburger steak is crispy and the inside is juicy and full of flavor. The demi-glace sauce is also very gentle and delicious.
I thought the crab cream croquette didn't have much crab flavor, but it had a very rich creamy taste that reminded me of cheese.
There are many types of garnished vegetables, and you can add them in between to change the texture or eat them together.
The rice and red soup stock were both very delicious, so it was understandable that there was a long line.

The restaurant I was looking for was sold out for lunch so I couldn't eat there, so I searched for a nice Western restaurant nearby and went there for lunch.

There was one group waiting, but the counter became vacant soon so I was able to enter the store without having to wait that long.

When I looked at the menu, everything looked appealing, but the hamburger steak was my favorite, so I went for the crab cream croquette for lunch.

The salad arrived first.
The cabbage coleslaw between the lettuce on the bottom and the marinated octopus on top was really delicious.

Following the rice and miso soup, the main plate arrived.
When you cut the hamburger steak with a knife and fork, the juices will overflow! ︎
Moreover, it is soft and juicy! ︎
I put down my knife and fork and ate with chopsticks.

The crab cream croquette also has a batter that falls apart when you pinch it with chopsticks, and the cream sauce inside is rich! ︎

The accompanying grilled vegetables and butter sauteed potatoes were also delicious.

It was a feast.
