Very fresh food, high quality sushi places in Ginza area. The chef has an interesting character as you can tell from the way he made the food and the interaction he had with customers. I really like the staff members there especially an old lady who is so friendly and polite. Can’t help giving her a hug when I was leaving the restaurant after the meal. I would recommend giving it a try, though must be honest that this is probably not the best time Omakase that I had in Tokyo at this price range, still pretty good!! :)

Exceptional sushi. The courses feature a large range of fish (e.g. abalone, various toros, scallop, etc.) and range of preparations (e.g. sashimi, sushi, maki). The chef seems to really enjoy his work, which makes for a lighter atmosphere than other high end Ginza restaurants. At the end one can add more if still hungry. Prices are high but if you're coming to Ginza for a 2+ hour sushi meal that's the deal.
