I had two visits to this sushiya in two weeks and they were consistently amazing. And that kasugo(if I am not wrong..) was just out of this world. I also liked the sake menu as well.

I almost don't want to review this place because I'm afraid of it will blowing up. You are insane if you skip this place. Forget 950 a head just for food at Masa NYC, this is where you want to be.

Best sushi in Tokyo. It’s family run so it’s really sweet seeing the mother, son and wife working together. Definitely worth the pricetag

Recently, many new sushi restaurants have appeared, but this one has been using this style for over 10 years.
Neither truffles nor caviar are Instagram-worthy.

I've seen it with my own eyes and searched for it all over the country, and I'm very particular about the ingredients. Just listening to the chef talk about the ingredients is delicious.

And the traditional taste of vinegared rice inherited from the general's owner.

And, the tuna is so delicious. It's been a while since I ate such delicious tuna. A restaurant where you can fully enjoy seasonal salmon roe and other seasonal ingredients. I don't think scallop nigiri is often eaten at high-end sushi restaurants, but this scallop was delicious. I come here for sushi four times a year and enjoy the four seasons. The proprietress and I run the business together. The atmosphere is also nice. Recently, there have been fewer and fewer sushi restaurants with this kind of atmosphere, so this was a pleasant discovery.

It was my first time having sea urchin and narazuke, but it was really delicious. I wonder how good this Narazuke is...it's so delicious.

Finally, the miso soup comes out, and it seems like the soup stock is made from all the fish of the day. . . .
Is it the way the umami is brought out, or is the fish's flavor amazing? . .
It was too good to be true.

This is definitely a repeat loop.
