We stumbled across this sushi restaurant via Google maps not knowing it is THAT fancy. It is a hidden gem in a calm area of Yotsuya (and the entrance a bit hard to find). There are just 8 seats around one sushi chef. You can choose between either a sushi or sashimi menue. The chef prepares each piece with love and mindfulness. The taste was absolutely great and we had some exceptional pieces. The price is - of course - not very cheap but really worth it. We paid 125€ per person including drinks. It was a wonderful and unique experience!
