Kutan serves very authentic kaiseki. This is my second visit to this 2 Michelin stared restaurant. You get to see the chef prepare your dishes right in front of you. The ingredients used are so fresh. I loved the way they were prepared and they were just delicious. Chef and staff were very friendly too.

A Kaiseki restaurant with 2 Michelin stars. Slowly enjoy delicious dishes prepared on the spot. The Course menu has 11 dishes, each with its own flavor and beautifully decorated. Personally, I like Shirako of buffet fish grilled on charcoal. It is greasy, soft and fragrant.
