Waiting in line for about 15 minutes on a weekday during lunch. Good but not your traditional chukka soba ramen in my opinion. Maybe I got too much toppings and diluted the soup a bit.

Stumbled upon this excellent establishment in Ginza. Might require 10 min wait time during meal times but well worth it. Polite service, hearty portions and flavorful broth.

Delicious! 🤌🏻 The toppings(meat) are very tender and tasty. I really like the light soy sauce flavor of the soup. Friendly atmosphere. The staff are very accommodating.
