An elegant French restaurant located in Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa.

The interior is luxurious and feels like a palace🥹
It is said to be modeled after the Trianon Palace, which was loved by Marie Antoinette.

You can also see the bamboo lights in the garden, and it's fun to take a walk!

This time I received the following items.

・Smoked red sea bream, celery root, caraway aroma
・Takanawa traditional consommé soup
・Grilled domestic pork loin with sour sauce
・Parfait glass chocolate warm berry sauce

Among these, the one that was surprisingly impressive was the consommé soup.
There are small tapioca pearls in the flavorful soup! I was surprised because it was my first time to have tapioca in soup.
However, it is delicious and you can even enjoy the texture.

It also comes with bread, and even though it's whole wheat, it's easy to eat, and the butter melts in it, making it super delicious🤤
Some of them have olive fruit mixed in, and as an olive lover, I honestly wish they would sell them lol.

As for the smoked red sea bream, there was a sherbet on top (I forgot what kind of sherbet it was, but...) It was somehow fresh and interesting to have it mixed with the red sea bream little by little like a sauce🐟

The main dish, domestic pork loin, is a fluffy pumpkin chiffon cake? It was a novelty to be able to enjoy the thick meat while feeling the sweetness.

What impressed you most? What we did was dessert.
A stylish candy decoration is placed on top of the semi-circular chocolate mousse, and strawberry sauce is poured around it on the spot!
It was a masterpiece that looked beautiful and made my stomach and eyes happy 🍫🍓

You can also see the garden, so you can kill two birds with one stone. I feel that it is, and I would like to visit again if I have a chance 😋

Recommended. I went to Takanawa to see the cherry blossoms. I also made a reservation and visited for lunch.
The area was crowded with people watching cherry blossoms. Looking at the beautiful cherry blossoms will make you look forward to lunch.
Personally, I was impressed by the stylish yet friendly atmosphere of the store. I was able to enjoy a relaxing time away from the crowds in the garden.
The food was delicious and we had a great time. In particular, the fillet meat is very tender and cooked to your liking. This time I was planning on visiting my next destination for lunch, so I limited myself to alcohol. Next time, I would like to have dinner and enjoy the food and drinks without any reservations.

I received Grand Noël in December.
The combination of unexpected ingredients such as scallops and shrimp topped with beetroot sorbet is wonderful.
The milt had a melt-in-your-mouth taste with no odor at all, and the consomme had a deep flavor that made you feel like it was carefully made from scratch.
The main dish, the baby pigeon roti (this was my first time eating pigeon meat), had a rich flavor that was similar to red meat without any peculiar taste, and the Rossini was also excellent.
The flavor of the blue mold cheese came out very well in the avant d'cer, and everything up to the grande d'cer was delicately combined and I was very satisfied.
I was able to make wonderful memories with my family, thank you very much!

Visited in August for summer vacation dinner.
I love Chef Kenji Yoshimoto's cooking, and when I recently learned that he had moved to Takanawa, I immediately made a reservation. It was convenient to make a reservation online.
Starting with the appetizers, the exquisite foamy bouillabaisse, the traditional consommé soup, the sustainable game game, and the signature red beef (or was it brown beef?)...everything was delicious. In particular, the main course, beef, was delicious like nothing I've ever eaten before. I think this every time, but I think Chef Yoshimoto is really particular about the way he heats his dishes. It's not something that anyone can imitate, and I think it's the result of his hard work.
The waiter was very attentive and Chef Yoshimoto came to my seat. I was very happy to talk to you. I thought this kind of consideration was typical of a hotel and was wonderful.
I will definitely go again!
