Nice and cozy restaurant in Nagoya - really enjoyed our meal

We had a course of 7 dishes.
On the palate, the mozzarella was of course delicious, but the aroma of the pear matched the prosciutto perfectly.
The appetizer is sweet Botan shrimp with paprika sauce? It was delicious.
The sea bream fish has crispy skin and plump flesh.
The pasta tagliolini had a texture I've never had before, the squid was large, and the combination of raw sea urchin and noodles was exquisite.
The rice in Fogra's risotto has a perfect firmness.
The Omi beef fillet was of course very tender and delicious, but the sweet potato that came with it was incredibly sweet.
All of the dishes looked stylish, and as a woman, I wanted to do my best.
The final dessert gateau chocolate was served with a white truffle on top of the ice cream, and I was completely satisfied.
Thank you very much for offering wine to go with the food.

A restaurant that could be used for a date. A restaurant that I would like to visit in different seasons. There were several other couples celebrating using message plates. Dessert was delicious!
