As of December 2019, only the ¥7000 tax-excluded course is available. Basically, there is no colorful presentation using hassun or tsumamono, and each dish is served one plate at a time. The dish may seem simple at first glance, but it cleverly incorporates seasonings and ingredients that are rare even in Japanese cuisine, such as gyobu vinegar and boules cheese. In addition, seasonal ingredients include wild vegetables, mushrooms, fish, and other natural products. It may be the best cost performance that a single young general can do in a small, one-time operation. However, not only is it a good value, but each and every dish is delicious, and although it's not particularly salty, there are many dishes that you would want to pair with alcohol or wine.

From lunch, I was able to enjoy the best Japanese food and sake to my heart's content. We have a wide variety of sake, and we are happy to have a lineup that hits the mark. The alcohol went well with the dishes made with dashi soup🍶
