I went to the place during an unsociable hour but I still saw a few seats full, though the place is quite large so perhaps it's fine regardless. It was right next to the Tokyo station above a huge bookshop and had a nice view over the trains. I took the egg hayashi rice (and my partner - premium version, not much difference) and while my companion liked it, I didn't like it very much (too much ketchup taste).

I would go there for the view, peace and quiet (especially compared to the Tokyo station) and perhaps some of the other foods.
