Mishuku No Sushi En Bettei

I went to Mishuku no Sushi En Bettei, which is about a 3-minute walk along Tamagawa-dori from the north exit of Ikejiri Ohashi Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line, on a weekday at 8:30pm with a group of 9 people.

Luckily, I was invited by a friend who is a regular ♪

The inside of the store was bright and clean, with 9 seats at the counter and a private room in the back.
Because of the location, it seems that celebrities are also coming.

Please keep your coat and put your luggage on the shelf under the counter♪

This time, I had the omakase course for probably 18,000 yen, and the following drinks were included♪

As expected, the sake was of high quality and had a rich aroma that was quite delicious♪

The chef was very bright and friendly, seemed to like T-BOLAN, and his knife handling was amazing and fast.
I was kindly and politely answered in various ways.
Also, it seems like the sushi rice used in the sushi is a blend of four different ingredients, including red vinegar.

``Mishuku no Sushi En Bettei'' has a bright and very clean interior, the owner is bright and friendly, and as expected, everything from the knob to the knob is a masterpiece, and the sushi is also carefully selected and delicious.I highly recommend it!

Shari was right in the middle of my liking!
Is it red vinegar? Each grain of rice is delicious.
The hardness of the sushi and the temperature are all excellent.
I don't eat much, so I always order a small amount of Shari.
It was so delicious that I ate the regular size to the end lol

The special dishes before the nigiri starts are also incredibly good ◎

The nigiri that impressed me was the “amaebi”!
No, I don't really like amaebi.
I was surprised to see how the three of them overlapped beautifully.
When you put it in your mouth, it mixes with rice.
Sweet and gentle harmony.

I wanted a second helping, but I had to hold back...

Also, personally, the cold green tea was too delicious.
Most of the people at the counter were high on green tea.
I ordered green tea as a chaser.
Maybe everyone thinks it's delicious too! lol

I found a sushi restaurant that I want to go to again at the beginning of the year.
I was happy ♡

I visited for the first time for lunch at the end of the year. There was no menu and there were two choices, 10 pieces and 12 pieces, so I ordered 12 pieces (6,000 yen). The store seems to have nice counter seats and private rooms in the back. The store falls into the category of high-end stores, so I was impressed with the quality of the preparation and work. We used many brand-name ingredients, including tuna from Oma. I'm not a big fan of red vinegar sushi, but it was a restaurant that made me want to visit again. It seems to be a popular restaurant, so I don't think you can get in unless you make a reservation, even for lunch.
