Fantastic Soba noodles restaurant near Hongo-sanchome station. It’s a small restaurant and it’s managed by only two people so you might have to wait to get in. We ordered Tempura soba set and Ayu (river fish) soba and both were amazing. It worth trying!!!

I got the tenzaru soba. More pricey than some places, but worth it; the soba's tasty, the tempura light and crispy (and comes out piece by piece as it's fried), and it's all finished off with some thick soba water. Delicious.
