A long-established soba restaurant. The soup stock had a strong flavor and was very delicious.

For soba, I ordered duck bamboo shoots and coarsely ground soba. Personally, I like the coarsely ground texture as it has a nice texture and aroma. It was also delicious eaten with salt and wasabi.

I also ordered oyakodon. As expected from a soba restaurant, oyakodon. I was impressed by how delicious the soup stock was. Recommended.

It takes a long time to provide it. It's best to come to the store with plenty of time!

Is it famous when I visited Kichijoji? I also learned about the soba restaurant.
I ordered 100% Mori Soba, Grated Wild Vegetable Soba, and Katsudon, and they were all delicious!
Both the soba noodles had a perfect chewiness, and the soba soup at the end was very delicious.
The katsudon was crispy and the meat was soft enough to bite into easily, which was also very delicious.
It's a small shop with 4 table seats and 2 tatami seats, but I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Kichijoji. Is it okay to be a little far from the station so it won't be too crowded? I felt that.
Payment was in cash only.
There are many other menu items in addition to the ones listed above, and there were people ordering snacks and drinking alcohol, so I thought it was a wonderful restaurant.

I received a large serving of grated soba noodles.
I also tried to order the vegetable tempura platter, but gave up because it would take 30 minutes.
The soba noodles were thinly sliced white like Sarashina, and had a firm and delicious texture.
However, compared to soba soup, there was a lot of grated yolk, and the yolk didn't match well with the grated, so it wasn't good.
