I came here for my partner's birthday lunch. I ordered 5,000 yen lunch course. So good and we enjoyed a lot. You need to book, or you can't get the table.

I visited on Tuesday afternoon.
There were empty seats and I was guided to a semi-private room.
It's a good restaurant, so I wonder if people with children will be refused. I thought so, but he guided me comfortably.
I asked for a special nigiri for my little daughter, and a recommendation for me. If you look at the price alone, it may seem expensive, but when I tried it, I was very satisfied. My daughter generally only eats tuna and salmon, but here she was able to enjoy a variety of delicious dishes.
The lively voices of the craftsmen, the customer service from the hall staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the food were all wonderful.
This restaurant is ideal for a variety of occasions, including entertainment and family services.

I found this store by chance. I went in because it was lunchtime and my mouth was craving sushi.
The structure is quite clean and stylish, as you would expect from a modern sushi restaurant. The stunning single-board counter feels nice to the touch and has a luxurious feel.
The seat is counter 9. Maybe 2 or 3 tables? I haven't looked closely, so I can't be sure.
I ordered the Special Nigiri for 3,850 yen. I was able to use my credit card.
The toppings were ``sumika'', ``fishing horse mackerel'', ``flounder'', ``red bluefin tuna'', ``fatty tuna'', ``scallops'', ``sweet shrimp'', ``tekka rolls with shiso and sesame'', ``egg'', ``conger eel'', and ``eggplant''.
It delivers consistently. Mr. Itamae applies soy sauce, lemon salt, etc. As expected from a high-end store, the service was solid.
All of the ingredients used were of good quality. The tuna had no strings and had a good texture, and the sumika and horse mackerel were fresh and firm.
I think the other ingredients are delicious and worth the price. You could choose between sauce or salt for the conger eel. I made it with sauce.
The miso soup is also delicious with good stock.
Salad is average.
Dessert comes with ice cream. Since I had a choice, I chose ``Sakura Ice Cream.''
The ice cream smells like cherry blossoms and has just the right amount of sweetness, making it delicious.
The teacup was made of acrylic with an insulating structure, so I didn't feel any heat, but personally I thought it lacked emotion. Depending on how you look at it, it may look stylish, but I prefer a regular teacup.
The customer service isn't bad, but the chef seems to talk to regular customers, but doesn't seem to actively talk to first-time customers. This will depend on your preference. I don't care either way, so I didn't think anything of it.
The sushi is worth the price, so it's good for an occasional indulgence.

I was finally able to go to a store that I had always wanted to visit. I ordered 14 pieces of nigiri, and my partner mostly drinks alcohol, so we ordered several items and ate them together.

The sushi chefs are also unpretentious and friendly, which gives me a very good impression ^ ^
