Ginger ramen is very delicious on a cold day.
I immediately entered the store and purchased a meal ticket.
I made it with special Chinese noodles.
It's 1250 yen.

Various toppings are lined up on the counter.

After a while, the rice bowl arrived.
Luxury Chinese noodles came out.
It's nice to have a lot of ingredients.
The noodles really capture the aroma of the ginger soup and are delicious.
Boiled eggs and chashu are both very good.
The ginger and soy sauce Chinese noodles go well together and are delicious.

Purchase a ticket for ``Special Chinese Soba 1,250 yen'' from the ticket machine inside the store. I also wanted to try "green onion rice", but unfortunately it was sold out.

The table seasonings are ``Rishiri kelp vinegar'', ``chimi chili pepper'', ``pepper'', ``black pepper'', ``mayonnaise'', ``char siu bowl sauce'', ``Japanese pepper'', and ``side dish garlic''. There are various things placed there.

10 minutes until the food comes out.

In the soup, you can feel the flavor of ginger quite directly.

The noodles are medium thick.

The flavored egg was a smoked egg.

I took a lot of pictures of the chashu because it seemed like there were many different types of pork, but I think there were actually two types.

In terms of quantity, I was able to eat it easily. Maybe I should have made it bigger here.

Considering the contents of the ingredients, 1250 yen feels quite cheap.

If I were to describe the soup without fear of misunderstanding, the second half of the soup has an honest taste that almost feels like ``mentsuyu.''
