Nobu Cafe

Located on the 1st floor of Atre Kawasaki B, directly connected to Kawasaki Station. We are a natural bakery that uses wheat from Hokkaido and homemade natural yeast.
There is also a cute eat-in space.
I visited around 4pm on the weekend, and there seemed to be fewer types of bread. I bought "Edamame Cream France" for 240 yen, which is the popular Edamame Cheese France with béchamel sauce added.
Rebake is recommended. There's a lot of edamame in it. I wish there had been a little more béchamel sauce, but the chewy French bread dough was delicious.

A bakery located deep in the basement of Atre. This is a popular shop. There is an eat-in space, and the coffee float is highly recommended. But of course the bread is delicious too. Bacon Epi has a taste and texture that I quite like. These two are must-haves for me.

I ordered a croissant and tea melon bread.
To be honest, I thought the price was high for the size and thought it was because it was in the city, but after eating it, I was convinced. The moderate sweetness of the melon bread and the aroma and crispness of the croissant are exquisite!
The croissant, in particular, had a taste that I liked; it was less sweet and had a pleasant texture compared to the ones I've eaten so far.
The interior of the store has a warm, wood-based interior that feels very calming.
