I had dinner here with three friends on a recent visit to Tokyo (my first visit in five years).
Nogizaka Shin is an exceptional restaurant, from the decor in the private room, to the wine list (possibly the best wine list I saw in Tokyo, other than Sezanne), and the food - the omakase menu was exquisite. The service was impeccable.
I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant.
