This is a very pleasant shop with the smell of wood and the kind and refreshing customer service of the proprietress. I visited for dinner alone and had it at the counter. It has been three years since they moved, and before that they had been operating in Ginza for a long time. The lily bulb tempura is steamy and the Shonai steamed soup stock is exquisite. I don't have a photo of it, but the roasted eggplant has a deep combination of the aroma of the fragrant skin and the ginger. The whale soup was also delicious. I want to go again.

The taste, atmosphere, and customer service are all good.
Another great point is that you can get unlimited refills of the freshly cooked Tsuyahime.
It's interesting that there is only one type of menu, and the menu changes every week other than the peeled soba that only people in Sakata eat, so you won't get bored.
However, even though the ingredients and cooking are Yamagata-like, is it good or bad that the types of dishes are not Yamagata-like?

When I looked at the menu tag inside the store, I realized that this is a Yamagata cuisine restaurant. Ah, when I was working in Ginza, I went to a Yamagata restaurant, I think it was Taruhira, which has since closed, and... Oh, what? Isn't this your old lady? After all, this is Obako in Ginza! I realized that.

Grilled fish is a dish that really shows the difference in skill. The soup stock and the way the heat is added is wonderful for cooking together. Today it's fried tofu and taro. Ah, it's delicious.
