Best meal I had in japan. Will definitely come back here. Perfection!

Had dinner on 3/19/2023. It was amazing! Small place (9 seats), saw this restaurant featured on a PBS travel show (Rudy Maxas World), it was worth the money! Cost around $150 USD per person. Chef / Owner Ochiai was excellent! My wife and I where the only 2 people in the restaurant (we like early dinners), we had the chef’s full attention. The entrance is very “subdued “, open the grey metal door and voila, you are in the restaurant!
Highly recommend it.
