Clean flavors, no fuss. When using great ingredients not much is needed to be done to them. Loved that for the last course we can choose from three different carb options or we can have all of them which I did! It's definitely on the pricey side but it's a treat to have if you can manage to get a booking

Ultra-minmalist kappo. No fancy hassun plate or staff in kimonos. Flavors truly represent top-of-season ingredients, nothing more, nothing less. Brilliance and subtlety that encapsulate the spirit of washoku.

Best seafood experience, it is expensive and difficult to book, but it worth it. Great attation to details, service are amazing too
