Okonomiyaki Teppan Dining Hibiki

I went to Okonomiyaki Teppanyaki Hibiki in Omori, Ota Ward, Tokyo.

It seems like a store that just opened recently.
The beef tendon was so good it was amazing. I don't know the details, but I feel that they are particular about the ingredients.

I ordered the Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, and I also ordered one with grilled cheese, and everything was delicious, voluminous, and highly satisfying.

The clerk spoke to me in a kind manner.

The atmosphere is nice and you can spend a relaxing time there, so I would like to go there again on a holiday.

I've been there several times and they're all delicious.

All the rice is delicious and the cost performance is great.
5.6 minutes walk from Omori Station.

A teppanyaki Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant located on the second floor of a building behind the Central Sports Club building, 2-3 minutes walk from Omori Station, on the left at the corner of Milpa's Gyoza Bar.

Get off the elevator and go to the far right.
There were separate toilets for men and women in front of the store.
It seems to be shared with a Yakiniku restaurant on the same floor.

There was a sign for the lunch menu in front of the entrance of the building, so I went there at 11:30, and there were no customers yet, so it looked like they were getting ready, so I checked the opening hours on Google and it said it started at 5:00 p.m. So I was a little worried, so I asked the staff and they told me that lunch is definitely from 11:30.
It seems like they are closed on Mondays, so I asked Google to adjust their business hours.

When you enter, there is a large iron plate on the right side, and in front of it there are several counter seats and several table seats for 2 to 4 people, making it a vertical store.
There was also a small private room on the right side.

All of the lunch menus were appealing, but the 200g 100% Wagyu beef hamburger with fried egg topping was delicious.
A sizzling hot hamburger steak served on an iron plate with sautéed spinach and potatoes. A set of rice and miso soup with sauce, wasabi, and grated ponzu sauce.

I received a dinner course for 2000 yen!
It was voluminous and delicious 😊

Although it is a new store that has only been open for a year, it had a calm atmosphere. It's no exaggeration to say that the hamburger for lunch was the best ever.
