◆[Limited time only] Mapo noodles Maiu
A popular Asian restaurant located a short distance from Shinjuku Gyoemmae Station.
I came back because there was an item I was interested in when I visited the store last time.
◆Order: [Limited time only] Mapo noodles 900 yen (tax included)
A bowl of mapo tofu.
Lots of colorful green onions.
Cut the tofu into slightly larger bite-sized pieces.
When I tried the soup, it tasted like mapo tofu and had a lot of Japanese pepper.
The noodles are medium thick and straight.
I wonder if tapioca is mixed in?
Smooth noodles with strong elasticity.
Mapo tofu soup and berry match is great.
It's so popular, right?
It was delicious.
Gottsuan.

A Chinese bar located a few minutes walk from Gyoenmae.
We are also opening a second store in the Italian style and Chinese style.
I made a reservation and visited on a weekday night. Reservations are easy to make, but are required.
There are counter seats in the front and table seats in the back.
The size of the shop is relatively small, but the seats don't feel too cramped.
The menu is written on the blackboard and you can eat whatever you like a la carte.
There are many menu items that sound delicious. It bothers me a lot.
Blue cabbage, drooling chicken, corn tempura, stir-fried pure liver, stir-fried whelk and garlic sprouts in boiling water, ethnic stir-fry shrimp and broccoli, dandan noodles
I ordered.
There was still corn tempura. I was curious to see where the Chinese elements were, so I ordered it, but I couldn't find much of it even after I ate it.
Pure liver stir-fry has very large livers, making it irresistible for liver lovers.
I would have been even happier if it had been hotter. The sauce is also rich and delicious.
The photo is pitch black and what's going on?
The famous tandan noodles have a little bit of sesame seeds.
The noodles were a bit thick and chewy, but I personally would have liked it even if they weren't a bit softer.
Even though I ordered a bottle of Shaoxing wine, it cost about 5,000 yen per person, which is quite reasonable!
We can do it with 4 people and ask for a lot.

New development day.
I've been curious about Okudo Tokyo since my friend told me about it!
About 3 minutes walk from Shinjuku Gyoemmae Station.
You can also walk from Sanchome ◎
It's easy to make a reservation, but it was fully booked on that day, so you might not be able to just walk in.
There are counter seats and 3 tables in the back.
It's a small store.
They also have other formats, and they recently opened a second store in Yotsuya.
There are more a la carte menus than I expected, so I'm confused!
I went with 2 people, but it might be a good idea to go with 4 people and share.
Right behind us was a group of office workers.

◆Blue Zahsai ¥500
This is the recommended speed menu! The store clerk recommended it to me.
I like the crunchy texture.
◆Sichuan style drooling chicken ¥650
It's quite spicy and I like it ♡
◆ Stir-fried whelk and garlic sprouts in hot water ¥750
I'm so happy that there are so many whelks in there!
The scent of garlic buds whets the appetite.
◆Corn tempura ¥800
It was still there in October! corn!
I had it simply with salt.
◆Stir-fried pure liver ¥950
Pitch black! ! Great! lol
Plenty of plump liver.
I think this was the number one hit.
It feels a little warm since it's rare, but it's delicious.
Dip the black sauce on cabbage and use it as a snack sauce ♡
◆Ethnic stir-fried shrimp and broccoli ¥1,200
I ordered it with a bottle of Shaoxing wine, so I wanted some snacks lol
The strong ethnic scent is the best.
◆Excellent!! Dandan noodles ¥950
The famous one is this tandan noodles.
There's not a lot of sesame seeds, and the noodles are quite thick and chewy.
It wasn't spicy!
It was a good day and I drank some Shaoxing wine.
There were so many menu items that I would like to come back again - ̗̀ ෆ( ˶'ᵕ'˶)ෆ ̖́-
