A small, cozy Osteria located in a beautiful, quiet corner. The inside is a small, comfortable space. Great food and excellent service. Our menu was leaned on the chef for each plate, and it was explained by the store manager each time the food came. All the meals were fantastic. I especially loved the stewed abomasum. The appetizer started with boiled octopus soup!
The octopus has soup stock and is refreshingly delicious.
After that, a lot of appetizers were served, and even just the appetizers were enough to fill you up.
It has a nice salty taste and is perfect for pairing with alcohol.
Personally, I liked the mussel soup!

I added one pasta item and received two,

The first dish was pasta with the sweet aroma of beef and onions, and the second dish was lamb ragu.
It had an authentic taste that you can't easily find at regular Italian restaurants.

And finally, the main dish, rabbit stew with herbs and tomatoes. ←I forgot the name of the dish!
The meat was well-cooked with herbs and tomatoes, had no odor, had a chicken-like texture, and was perfectly grassy, ​​and was paired with red wine.
This is also a local dish, which makes me happy.

I was surprised at how large the dolce was after that!
Dolce is also very particular about their ice cream, which has a liqueur scent that makes it a mature ice cream. I want to eat it again!

After the dolce, we also had baked biscuits, which was a truly satisfying course.
