A very interesting tasting ramen with anchovies as the soup base. The egg and pork tastes really good too. You can add an additional bowl of noodle "kaedama" that is with either soy sauce "syoyu" or salt "shio".
A very small shop with only 8 counter top seats. Went there at 10.50am and there is already a line with 12 people so I have to wait for the 1st round of people to finish. As I was eating, a long line formed outside the store again.
Highly recommended.

Anchovy based ramen - I think the Shoyu somehow further accentuates the anchovy flavor and makes the taste unmistakable. I also liked the noodles which are firm & chewy...
