I've been curious about this shop ever since I saw their signature product, `Sparkling Mille-feuille,'' on SNS.
It's located on the third floor of a building in the club district of Roppongi, so it feels like it's only known to those in the know.
However, there are no signboards or information displays, so it may be a little difficult to understand...
Although it's not a members-only store, the exterior looks like it's a bit of an entry-level, and the sense of luxury that emanates from the entrance gives it that feeling.

A set course that includes all-you-can-drink wine and sake, allowing you to enjoy both sushi and sake to your heart's content.
The first dish that comes out is `Toro Taku and Sea Urchin Mille-feuille'', which is just as gorgeous as the photo and will get you excited...!
It's small, bite-sized, but it's packed with everything in one bite and makes you feel happy...
The combination of the creaminess of the sea urchin, the crunch of the takuan, and the salty taste of the caviar is delicious!

The combination of space and food made for a wonderful dinner, and I was still lingering in the afterglow the next day...
