This time, I suddenly decided to stay at a hotel in Shibuya.
When I was looking for dinner, Bara Chirashi was a hit! !

This rose chirashi looks brilliant even from the photo.
You'll know it when you see it! It's a treasure trove of extravagant material! !

It contains only the things I like: fatty tuna, tuna, sea urchin, and salmon roe. And it's fresh and delicious! !
Although it's hidden, the vinegared rice is also exquisite, and the consistency of taste that brings together the free-spirited ingredients is wonderful. It went perfectly with the sweet wasabi.

I would like to repeat it again. Next time, I'd like to try 10 standing sushi meals at the right time! !

This is a shop run by Mr. Kurosaki.

I stopped by and ordered some barachirashi.
Today's tuna was Oma, and the white was Shibudai.
It calculates the time to eat and prepares it for you.
It looked beautiful and was absolutely delicious!

Wrapped in a blue furoshiki, it makes a perfect souvenir.
This seems to be quite pleasing.
It is best to order in advance by phone.

The younger brother of the owner of the main store is running it.
I think it's better than the main store where you can snack on the fish in front of you and drink a lot.
I'm sure I'll visit again.
