Great ramen spot run by an retired sumo wrestler.

I tried the crab ramen, it doesn’t include piece of crab but the soup is made out of crab. Really good but highly salty. Pork meat on top is delicious.

Staff was really friendly.

One of the best ramen in the world.

First visit. Went for the gyokai tonkotsu. Heavy/rich as advertised but not overwhelming. If you're not really into the rich soup then it might get monotonous partway through. Lone staff bright and attentive. Lots of different things apparently on the menu. Will give this shop a second try.
