Out of the many options of Chinese restaurants in Tokyo, this place is special. The food is so great it's genuinely addicting. Their specialty is thick, chewy noodle soup dishes which is drool worthy... Everything I tried here so far was memorable and tastes really good.

You can enjoy Shanxi cuisine that you won't find at other Chinese restaurants, and this is one of the few restaurants that serves authentic sword-cut noodles. There are photos on the menus and posters on the walls, but many of them are difficult to read or what kind of dishes they are. Basically, it's delicious no matter what you choose, so it doesn't seem to be a problem to choose randomly. I often see Chinese customers who appear to be living in Japan, so I can trust the taste.

(Visit the store at first glance) The sword-cut noodles are thin noodles on both sides that give a handmade feel (although recently there are many noodles that look more like purchased udon noodles). I received the Mala Sword Shaved Noodles (¥1,000 tax included, cash or PayPal), and it had a good original feel (compared to other noodles that tend to have a bit of a baggy sauce).
You can adjust the spiciness and richness as both the flavor and the bean sauce (pickled in sesame oil) are placed at the seats.

You can eat very delicious and rare maniac dishes from Shanxi Province, China. I've been there to eat more than 10 times.
Even though it's Chinese, it's relatively light and high-quality food that won't leave your stomach feeling heavy. The handmade noodles from Satoyama Nishi Province are amazing in their chewiness and smoothness. Dishes prepared with light black vinegar from Shanxi province are also delicious! The response from the staff is also very warm and good. Recommended.
