Decided to try this place out since it’s an American franchise and was surprised to find one in Japan. Great customer service. Went in the evening and it was busy but order came real quick (less than 5 minutes). The establishment is nice and they keep the tables and area clean. Good quality burgers. Patties are large and cooked well enough to be juicy in the inside and the buns has a soft texture to it. Tastes like a burger should, almost gourmet.

The food was really good and the place had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which made the experience wonderful to dine in.
The chicken was thick and crunchy 😋 and the burgers were really filling, as shown in the first 2 pictures.
It is located in an open space, in between the Queen's Square Yokohama and the Landmark Plaza. (Opposite to McDonald's)
Looking for a different variety other than Japanese food? I would recommend Shake Shack if you happen to be located near this area!

Shake Shack is a little on the pricey side, but the food is pretty good for a fast food joint.
I love the curry fries in particular.
The service is good because you can order and pay using touch screens and a variety of digital payments are accepted. Very convenient.
My only criticism is that the music they play in this store is way too loud. Just turn it down a little please so that it’s easier to have a conversation.
