Kyoto station food stall flavor “Shinpuku Saikan”
I really liked Suehiro Ramen Honpo, which I ate at in Sendai and Akita, and ever since I heard that its flavor originated from a food stall in front of Kyoto Station called Shinpuku Saikan, I've wanted to go to this restaurant someday.
Of course you can order
・Chinese soba (average) ~ 880 yen (tax included)
A few minutes later, the Chinese noodles arrived.
Wow! This soup is much darker than Suehiro Ramen Honpo.
Well, let's start with that soup. It's dark in color, but low in fat, refreshing, with just the right amount of salt, and delicious with the richness of soy sauce.
Pull out the noodles under the green onion and bean sprouts and slurp.
Medium-thin straight noodles with a medium water content, moderately chewy and pleasant to the touch, and go well with this soup.
The hidden chashu is thinly sliced, and it's exquisitely delicious when mixed with noodles, green onions, and bean sprouts!
I see! If you eat this at a food stall, you'll be irresistible.
Of course, it's not a food stall anymore, but I thoroughly enjoyed the taste of the food stall in front of Kyoto Station.
Thanks for the meal
