I stopped by here to eat dinner elsewhere and have some gyoza at the hotel. Perhaps because it was the middle of the day, there were no other customers and it was easy to park. However, there are only a few parking spaces, so during busy times, you may find yourself in a parking lot.
The gyoza took quite a while to be made after I ordered it. I immediately went back to the hotel and ate it, but it wasn't as greasy as it looked and was easy to eat. it's delicious. I liked it so much that I regretted ordering two servings since it was so delicious.
The staff at the store were very nice, so I will use them again when I'm in the area.

On my way back to my hometown Miyazaki from Kumamoto City, I stopped by to try some different foods.

I have already purchased fresh gyoza from a shop called Ganjoji Gyoza.

I took out the frozen gyoza fresh type.

Miyazaki is the prefecture with the highest consumption of gyoza in Japan.

Famous ones include Gyoza no Maruoka, Takanabe Gyoza, and Mawatari Gyoza.

Gyoza Maruoka is the overwhelming number one in my house😊

Compare the food with my eldest son at his house. Rectangular and thin-skinned. The shape is unusual, but the thin skin is the same as gyoza Maruoka.

It was delicious😊

However, the walls of Gyoza Maruoka cannot be overcome.

The gyoza are baked by amateurs, so it might be different if you eat them at a restaurant, but Gyoza no Maruoka is a take-out restaurant, so even if you bake them at home, they're far more delicious than the gyoza you eat at a restaurant.

The thin-skinned gyoza are so light that you can eat them in one go! This shop is popular with Hitoyoshi residents and is also featured on Rurubu. Inside the store, you can get a glimpse of the owner's hobbies, such as Kamen Rider ornaments. He was very friendly and made me want to come again!

If you drink beer and eat gyoza on the terrace, it's so good that you won't be able to enjoy fresh food. It seems like there's only cabbage or something, but the smooth taste makes me drink it. 4 rounds for 2 people is also a bit disappointing. Actually, I could have eaten more, but I resisted because I requested dinner. It’s a taste that keeps coming to mind. It was even better that the owner treated me very kindly.
