This place is a gem in the neighborhood. Strongly recommended. The sushi is exquisite and the place is sleek. The counter seats allow customers to enjoy the view of making sushi and increase the appetite.

The matching sake selection recommended by the chef is excellent as well. I enjoyed the sushi more.

A hidden shop but worth finding it out. The chef has put his heart into each dish to bring the best out of the ingredients. Not the traditional fish after fish type. Would definitely come again in the next season.

I came across an elegant sushi restaurant tucked away in a residential area, so I decided to give it a try.

The deliciousness will impress you from the beginning!
It was my first time to eat sushi made with red vinegar sushi.
It's more refreshing than regular vinegar, and goes great with strong-flavored toppings!
The things you should try are sardines, mackerel, oysters, and conger eel.

·sardine
Sweet and sour gari, fatty sardines, and refreshing cucumber rolls. I request it many times.

·Spanish mackerel
This is what I think is the most delicious thing in the band!
The smoky taste you get when you put it in your mouth and the faint scent of garlic afterwards are irresistible. It's a novel combination.

·oyster
I ate it as a topping for the first time.
This is a slightly unusual topping that allows you to enjoy the richness of the oysters, perhaps thanks to the red vinegar sushi.

·conger eel
The conger eel is hotter than it looks.
It was my first time to eat such fluffy conger eel. You can go as much as you want.

The general manager was also a really nice guy, and he remembered my face when I came to the store for the second time.
Also, he prepares his favorite topics, which makes him very popular.
The red meat and red sea bream are delicious, but this is a strange sushi restaurant where you'll be more addicted to the slightly different toppings.
